Clause 1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Wagering Requirement" — the total betting turnover a Player must achieve before Bonus Balance funds may be converted to Real Money Balance and made eligible for withdrawal.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the exclusive currency of all mdslot accounts.

Clause 2 Eligibility

Clause 3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active account on mdslot. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held within them.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

Clause 5 Deposits

5.3 Currency

All deposits are accepted and credited in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). mdslot does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any transfer made in a foreign currency will be rejected and returned to the sender, subject to applicable bank processing times.

5.4 Failed Deposits

Clause 6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification, whose accounts are in good standing, and whose withdrawal request does not include any Bonus Balance that has not yet met its applicable wagering requirement. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will be queued until KYC is completed.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted outside operational hours will be queued and processed at the earliest opportunity when operations resume. Bank transfer withdrawals are additionally subject to the receiving bank's interbank clearing schedule.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by account tier and are communicated within the Player's account dashboard. mdslot reserves the right to perform enhanced due-diligence checks on large withdrawal requests prior to processing.

6.4 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be returned exclusively to the same payment account used for the Player's most recent deposit, or to a payment account in the Player's verified name. mdslot will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Clause 7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and loyalty rewards offered by mdslot are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus credit requires a total betting turnover of Rp 3.000.000 before the bonus-derived balance is eligible for withdrawal. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the relevant promotion details.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

mdslot actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive duplicate welcome bonuses, using low-risk or balanced betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intent, and exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational betting behaviour. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance forfeited and may have their account suspended or permanently closed.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified at the time of the promotion will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's account. Expired bonus balances cannot be reinstated. The standard bonus validity period is 7 calendar days from the date of credit unless otherwise specified.

7.5 Right to Withdraw Promotions

mdslot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any promotional terms already accepted by a Player in good faith will be honoured for the duration of that promotion's validity period.

Clause 8 Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by mdslot. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet reference number confirming that the wager has been accepted and recorded in our system. mdslot reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced (unless the market is designated as an in-play market) or bets placed at odds that were published in error.

8.2 Odds and Lines

8.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and is not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to Players' accounts. Bets on markets that have already been determined prior to abandonment (e.g., first-half result where the first half was completed) will stand as settled.

8.4 Maximum Payout

mdslot operates maximum payout limits per event and per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market. Any winnings that exceed the applicable maximum payout cap will be limited to the stated maximum. Players are encouraged to review payout limits before placing large single bets or high-multiplier accumulators.

Clause 9 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

mdslot is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Use of automated betting bots, software scripts, or any mechanical or electronic assistance designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, calculation errors, or display errors in odds, game outcomes, or balance crediting. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a system error are not valid and will be voided.
• Collusion with other players in poker or other competitive game formats to manipulate outcomes.

Clause 10 Intellectual Property

11.3 Player Responsibility

Clause 12 Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 mdslot's Right to Suspend

mdslot reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity misrepresentation, or any other conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or its Players.

12.2 Player-Initiated Closure

Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled in the normal course, and any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5–10 business days. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless the applicable wagering requirement has already been met in full.

12.3 Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — will have their account closed with immediate effect. Clause 13 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by mdslot is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.
